1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and attendance at SANKALP 2047 (“the Event”), organised by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] (“we”, “us”, “the Organiser”), a company registered in India at [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]]. By registering for the Event you accept these terms in full.
2. Registration
Registration is confirmed only on receipt of full payment and issue of a unique registration ID by email. Registrations are personal to the named delegate. The Organiser reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion, with a full refund of fees paid in such cases.
3. Fees and payment
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials at any point. Your registration fee covers access to sessions, delegate materials, and meals as described on the registration page. Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included.
4. Substitutions and cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Programme changes
The Event programme, speakers, session formats, timings and venue are indicative and may change. We will notify registered delegates of material changes by email. A change of speaker, session or venue within the announced city and dates does not entitle a delegate to a refund.
6. Postponement or cancellation of the Event
If the Event is postponed, registrations will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates. Delegates unable to attend the new dates may request a refund within fourteen days of the announcement. If the Event is cancelled outright by the Organiser, registration fees will be refunded in full. The Organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or any other consequential costs incurred by delegates.
7. Conduct at the Event
Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards speakers, staff, venue personnel and fellow delegates. The Organiser may remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or discriminatory, without refund.
8. Photography and recording
The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to your image, voice and likeness being captured and used by the Organiser in event documentation, reports and promotional material, without payment. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform the registration desk on arrival. Delegates may not record sessions for commercial distribution without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content presented at the Event, and all material on this website including the SANKALP 2047 name, logo and identity, remains the property of the Organiser or the respective speakers. It may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
10. Liability
The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to delegates or their property at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel insurance. The Organiser’s total liability to any delegate is limited to the registration fee paid by that delegate.
11. Force majeure
The Organiser is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where that failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction, civil unrest, strike or failure of public infrastructure.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala.
