Our position in short
SANKALP 2047 is a limited-capacity event. When you register, a seat, delegate kit and catering are committed on your behalf, and that commitment cannot be undone close to the dates. We would much rather you send a colleague than lose your fee — so substitutions are free and generous, and refunds reduce as the event approaches.
1. Substitution — always free
You may transfer your registration to another individual from the same institution at any time up to seven days before the Event, at no charge. Email nccssankalp2047@gmail.com with your registration ID and the replacement delegate’s details. This is usually the best option for everyone.
2. Cancellation and refund
Written cancellation requests must be sent to nccssankalp2047@gmail.com from the email address used at registration, quoting your registration ID. Refunds are calculated from the date we receive that request:
- More than 60 days before the Event — 90% of the fee refunded; 10% retained as a processing and administration charge.
- 30 to 60 days before the Event — 50% of the fee refunded.
- Fewer than 30 days before the Event — no refund. Substitution remains available up to seven days before.
- Non-attendance without notice — no refund.
3. If we cancel or postpone
If the Organiser cancels the Event, registration fees are refunded in full. If the Event is postponed, your registration transfers automatically to the new dates; if you cannot attend those, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of the announcement. In either case the Organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you have already incurred.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method only. We initiate the refund within seven working days of approval. Funds typically reach your account within a further five to ten working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Payment gateway charges, where non-recoverable, may be deducted.
5. Duplicate or failed transactions
If you were charged more than once for the same registration, or money was debited without a registration being confirmed, write to nccssankalp2047@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full, with no deduction, within seven working days.
